Caution ⚠️ Do not take your beloved car or truck here they play games with you! I dropped my truck off here to get the fuel pump checked out for pro longed cranking before firing up, possible symptoms of a bad fuel pump mind you this is like the 3rd fuel pump they put in and they go out in less than 2years so you would think it should have been diagnosed without delay . I never got any communication for 3 days on what they are doing with my truck! I finally called on 8/12/2026 3:30pm spoke to a service advisor on duty that day he said that all they did was take my truck on a 3 day joy ride nothing was even checked or any internal parts tested! My impression was a day of diagnostics and communication but not to take my truck all over town for 3 days use my gas up and then let it sit in their parking in the sun and heat with no decency to call me and let me know anything! Doesn’t make any sense to me to keep driving it until symptoms appear that could take a day or weeks or months I can’t be without my truck that long but if that was going to be the case I should of been told about it! Foster and his management team should be held accountable for my time and leave of work this bus

I had the Tech Mark do a 4 wheel alignment on a 1974 Triumph TR6. Although only small adjustments were required the improvement was very noticeable. He even adjusted the steering so the wheel was centered correctly. Highly recommend these guys for this type of work. Very polite and cost was extremely reasonable.

Struts and shocks, price matched other shops AND upgraded to high quality parts, a savings of $600! Got me in fast and installed them while i waited. Also, i asked to get dif fluids changed, but they said after checking it, it looked perfect, no need to change as the previous owner must have recently changed it. Finally, the tech did a very thorough check of all systems, no charge, found a couple issues, but did not try to pressure me into another fix, just explained what to watch for. Overall, Trustworthy, quality parts, low priced, fast, and competent team.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Network Automotive Service Center located at 104 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201, on December 31, 2024, to have some work done on my mini-van. Although the bill came close to $1,400, I left feeling completely satisfied and confident that I received fair value for the services provided. During my visit, I had a wonderful conversation with Foster, who took the time to explain everything in detail. While the prices may vary compared to competitors, I truly appreciated the honesty and transparency of the service. To my delight, they completed the work three hours ahead of schedule! Today, I returned for an oil change, which I couldn't fit into my previous visit due to time constraints. I’m grateful for their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my needs. Network Automotive has several locations throughout the valley, and while I can only speak to my experience at this Mesa location, I can wholeheartedly recommend Foster and his team for their integrity and professionalism.
